cM Relationship Estimator (View likelihood of cM relationship on a curve and filter to only those contextually possible)
DNA Painter Import Builder (pre-format DNA Painter import files with contextual information, for both GEDmatch and FTDNA)
Match List Adjuster (Reduce total cM based on adjustable parameters relating to endogamy and interrelatedness, for both GEDmatch and FTDNA)
FTDNA Matrix Compiler and Reporter (Smart compile and report on FTDNA matrix data)
GM Side Sorter (Analyze and categorize parent sides in GEDmatch, with conflict identification)
GM Deconstructed Matrix (Sorted dynamic listing of match values to each other, plus other contextual indicators)
GM Parameterized Cluster (Cluster report of GM matches where you are allowed to modify parameters of what is considered a "pair")
GM Triangulation by Position (Identify opposite side triangulation groupings for a given segment location)
GM Extension Finder (Find recombined segments where extensions exist that are likely to be same MRCA between matches)
GM Match Matrix Master Builder (Merges multiple match matrix files into a single comprehensive file, deduped, to exceed 500 kit limitation)
Segment Triangulation Studio (Analyzes segment triangulations for rates of interconnectivity to determine likelihood of recent vs more distant ancestral sources, reference here)
Sibling Set Parent cM Estimator (Compiles all sibling segment data to subject and estimates the cM value the directional parent shares with the subject)
Fast Manual Kit Entry in GM/GMP and save as Tag Group
Download and install AutoHotKey
Download this zip file and extract folder locally.
Paste your kit list into the list.txt file in the HOTKEY folder.
Go to GM or GMP MKA manual list entry.
Enter your subject kit into position 1 (MKA reports want a subject kit in that position)..
Double click the appropriate script in the extracted HOTKEY folder (GM or GMP).
Go back to GM/GMP and click the next available field for entry in MKA manual entry and hit F3. This should paste the next available kit from the kit list and moves the cursor to the next empty field (single tab in GMP, double tab in GM).
Repeat hitting F3 until the all of the kits have been added.
Click on Visualization Options, then Tag Groups. You can now save the list you just entered for future use.
Turn off script by right clicking the AutoHotKey icon in the tray and choosing to Exit Script.
